At Auto Accessory Solutions we operate predominantly as an installation specialist. All products installed by our team are covered by our installation warranty. To get a quote or find your accessory solution you can send us an enquiry directly. Alternatively speed up the process by selecting the products that you’re looking to install and request a quote for installation at checkout. Can’t see the product you’re looking for? Please note all new orders placed as of 15 December will be shipped week of 11 January.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the time that they are placed.
Please see below for shipping costs and times. For some larger/heavier items the cost may increase however this will be communicated with you upon your order being processed.

Post Office Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please ensure that the address provided is a business or residential address.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are at the cost of the purchaser.
Items can be returned:
• When they are faulty
• Wrongly described; or
• Do not do what they are supposed to do
In some cases a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you:
• Substantially modify the product;
• Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; or
• Simply change your mind.
To apply for a return please email us your name, product order date and items to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise from there of return address.
In the event that the product does not match what you have ordered or is faulty, Auto Accessory Solutions will be happy to provide a full refund.
Due to COVID 19 there have been significant delays on import of products from international suppliers. In the event that a product is backordered or we are unable to fulfil the order we will contact you via email. We appreciate your patience with this.
